- Mampu mengungkapkan karakteristik wilayah sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kendala wilayah studi
- Mampu merumuskan suatu Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah dengan mempertimbangkan teori dan konsep pengembangan wilayah mulai dari yang klasik hingga kontemporer, serta kaidah praktik perencanaan yang berlaku di Indonesia
- Mampu bekerja sama dalam kelompok pada proses perencanaan

- Ability to formulate a Spatial Planning Plan considering theories and concepts of regional development from classical to contemporary, as well as applicable planning practices in Indonesia.
