  1. Mampu memilih, mengkomunikasikan, dan mempresentasikan data, hasil analisis dan produk rencana dan/atau rancangan secara professional baik secara grafis, tulisan maupun lisan dengan memanfaatkan berbagai media yang tepat baik secara manual maupun dengan alat bantu [komputer, dll]
  2. Mampu mengungkapkan karakteristik wilayah sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kendala wilayah studi
  3. Mampu merumuskan suatu Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah dengan mempertimbangkan teori dan konsep pengembangan wilayah mulai dari yang klasik hingga kontemporer, serta kaidah praktik perencanaan yang berlaku di Indonesia
  4. Mampu bekerja sama dalam kelompok pada proses perencanaan
  1. Ability to select, communicate, and present data, analysis results, and planning and/or design products professionally in graphic, written, and oral forms, utilizing appropriate media both manually and with tools [computers, etc.].
  2. Ability to express the characteristics of an area according to the needs and constraints of the study area.
  3. Ability to formulate a Spatial Planning Plan considering theories and concepts of regional development from classical to contemporary, as well as applicable planning practices in Indonesia.
  4. Ability to collaborate in groups during the planning process
