Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah (CPMK)
  1. Mahasiswa mampu menjelakan konsep jalur metabolisme utama (central metabolism pathway), proses biogenesis dan fungsinya, serta integrasi jalur metabolisme pada sel mikroba
  2. Mahasiswa mampu mengindentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi fisiologi dan metabolisme mikroba dalam kultur tunggal dan komunitas
  3. Mahasiswa mampu mengaitkan konsep fisiologi mikroba dan metabolisme sebagai pendekatan rekayasa untuk meningkatkan efisiensi bioproses dan/atau nilai dari bioproduk yang dihasilkan
  4. Mahasiswa mampu membuat kajian aplikasi dari fisiologi mikroba dan metabolisme baik secara mandiri dan kelompok berdasarkan hasil penelitian terkini
  5. Mahasiswa mampu melakukan paparan hasil kajian ilmiah yang dibuat secara oral dan tulisan menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar
  1. Students are able to explain the concepts of central metabolic pathways, biogenesis processes and their functions, as well as the integration of metabolic pathways in microbial cells
  2. Students are able to identify factors influencing microbial physiology and metabolism in both pure cultures and microbial communities
  3. Students are able to relate concepts of microbial physiology and metabolism as engineering approaches to improve bioprocess efficiency and/or enhance the value of the resulting bioproducs
  4. Students are able to conduct critical reviews of applications of microbial physiology and metabolism, both independently and collaboratively, based on recent research findings
  5. Students are able to present the results of scientific studies orally and in written form using proper and correct Indonesian languange
