  1. Students are able to explain the structure, function, and ecological roles of bacteriophages, as well as the concepts of omics, metabolomics, and their relationships with other omics fields (PLO 1).
  2. Students are able to analyze and interpret metabolomics data (PLO 2).
  3. Students are able to explain metabolome characteristics and appropriate sampling strategies in metabolomics studies (PLO 3)
  4. Students are able to explain metabolomics research approaches and their applications in microbiology and related fields (PLO 9).
  5. Students are able to critically analyze and present recent scientific literature in microbial pathogenesis, both individually and in teams (PLO 14).
