Bahan Kajian
  1. Pendahuluan: Sejarah perkembangan, peraturan K3 di Indonesia, Definisi,
  2. Pelarut industrial :Klasifikasi pelarut, efek, bahaya potensial, bahaya kebakaran, prosedur aman dan pengukuran dan evaluasi
  3. Debu di lingkungan kerja: Penyebab debu, efek debu: silicosis, antracosilikosis dll., pengukuran dan ambang batas debu, pengendalian debu
  4. Penyakit kulit akibat industri: Penyebab utama: senyawa kimia, faktor mekanik, faktor fisik, racun tanaman, faktor biologi. Luka bakar kimia, pengendalian penyakit kulit di industri
  5. Kebisingan industri: Karakter kebisingan, efek, pengukuran dan pengendalian
  6. Konsep dasar keselamatan radiasi pengion: Pengertian, jenis radiasi, waktu paruh, efek, satuan-satuan, evaluasi radiasi, dasar-dasar pengamanan/proteksi terhadap radiasi
  7. Radiasi non pengion (elektromagnetik): Definisi, klasifikasi, sumber, efek, dan penanganan untuk jenis radiasi non pengion seperti: Infra merah, ultra violet, laser, radar, microwave
  8. Temperatur ekstrim dan Tekanan ekstril: Definisi, bahaya dan efek dari temperatur ekstrim (panas dan dingin), tekanan ekstrim (hipobarik dan hiperbarik) dan pengamanan dalam lingkungan kerja ekstrim
  9. Ergonomi: Tujuan, penyebab, man, machine, and the working environment, organisasi dan ruang kerja
  10. Evaluasi K3: Pengukuran, sampling, TWA, STEL, Ceiling, perhitungan evaluasi kondisi lingkungan kerja
  11. Metodologi pengamanan umum dan pengantar SMK3: Hirarki pengendalian, manajemen, good house keeping, pembuangan limbah, APD, pengantar SMK3 (tujuan, motivasi, komitmen, dll.)

  2. Industrial Solvent : Solvent classification, potential hazard, effect, fire hazard, safety procedure, and evaluation
  3. Occupational Dust : Source of dust, effect of dust, silicosis, antracosilicosis
  4. Dermatitis : The main cause : chemical compound, mechanic factor, plant poison, biological factor, chemical burns, dermatitis control in industry.
  5. Industrial Noise : characterization of noise, effect, measurement and control
  6. Basic concept of ionization radiation : understanding, type of radiation, half time, effect, standard, evaluation radiation and basics radiation safety
  7. non Ionic radiation (electromagnetic radiation) : definition, classification, source, effect and handling of non ionization radiation : infra red, ultra violet, laser, radar and microwave
  8. extreme temperature and extreme pressure : definition, hazard and effect from extreme temperature, exteme pressure in work environmental
  9. Ergonomic: objectives, reason, man,, machine and working environment, organization and working area
  10. Safety Health evaluation: Measurement, sampling, TWA, STEL, Ceiling, calculation of evaluation working environment
  11. Health and Safety Management System, control hierarchy, good house keeping, waste disposal, protection
Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah (CPMK)
  1. Mahasiswa mampu menjelaskan prinsip-prinsip sumber bahaya di lingkungan kerja serta teknik pengamanan lingkungan kerja.
  2. Mahasiswa mampu mengindetifikasi, menganalisis aspek-aspek dalam lingkungan kerja yang dapat memberikan efek-efek bahaya terhadap kesehatan dan mampu untuk melakukan pencegahan dan kontrol terhadap efek tersebut.

Metode PembelajaranMahasiswa mampu menjelaskan prinsip-prinsip sumber bahaya di lingkungan kerja serta teknik pengamanan lingkungan kerja.Students are able to explain the principles of sources of danger in the work environment as well as work environment safety techniques.
