  1. Mahasiswa memahami dan mampu memformulasi masalah secara matematik serta mengetahui makna suatu hasil perhitungan optimasi.
  2. Mahasiswa mampu menggunakan program dinamik dalam mengambil keputusan serta memahami lebih mendalam seluk-beluk program dinamik dan hasil perhitungannya
