  1. Mampu menjelaskan pengertian mikroba dan mengidentifikasi perbedaan mikroba dengan makhluk (hidup) lainnya, serta sistem tatanama dalam penulisan mikroba secara tepat.
  2. Mampu menguraikan struktur sel mikroba.
  3. Mampu menjelaskan dan membandingkan sifat dan karakteristik mikroba: bakteri, jamur, alga, dan virus.
  4. Mampu menguraikan peran mikroba di alam.
  5. Mampu menjelaskan contoh-contoh pemanfaatan mikroba di industri dalam bentuk audio-visual yang relevan.
