- Teknik mencetak bibit tanaman hutan: generatif dan anakan alam, teknik pembibitan vegetatif, dan kebun pangkas.
- Irigasi persemaian: sumber air, pengujian kualitas air persemaian, sistem penyaluran irigasi, dan efisiensi sistem irigasi persemaian.
- Mikrosimbion dan teknik produksi bibit massal: biologi mikrosimbion, inokulan dan teknik inokulasi, penyimpanan mikrosimbion, totipotensi selular, fasilitas, peralatan, dan bahan kimia, komposisi media, inisisasi tunas dan inokulasi, teknik kultur suspense sel, teknik multiplikasi, serta teknik aklimatisasi.

- Nursery irrigation: water source, nursery water quality testing, irrigation distribution systems, and efficiency of nursery irrigation systems.
- Microsimbionts and mass seedling production techniques: microsymbiont biology, inoculants and inoculation techniques, microsymbiont storage, cellular totipotency, facilities-equipment and chemicals, media composition, cell suspension culture techniques, multiplication techniques, and acclimatization techniques.
