Bahan Kajian | - Analisa dan sintesa data deret waktu: sinyal analog dan digital;
- Transformasi Fourier: DFT dan FFT; konvolusi dan korelasi; teori sampling; frequency filtering; time-frequency representation: STFT, wavelet dan S-transform;
- Analisis dan sintesa data spatial: review spatial statistics; metoda nearest neighbor, triangulation dan inverse distance, variogram dan covariance;
- Metoda two-point statistics: Kriging, Kriging with Trend, Co-Kriging, Co-located Co-Kriging; serta metoda multi-point statistics;
- Aplikasi analisa dan sintesa data deret waktu dan spatial dalam geofisika.

- Mampu mengevaluasi dan membuat perangkat untuk membantu menyelesaikan beberapa permasalahan geofisika, baik untuk data deret waktu yang bersifat stationary, maupun yang non-stationary; serta data spatial, baik menggunakan pendekatan two-point statistics maupun multi-point statistics.

- Students are able to evaluate and develop tools to help solve various geophysical problems, both for stationary and non-stationary time series data, as well as spatial data using either two-point statistics or multi-point statistics approaches.
