Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah (CPMK)
  1. Mahasiswa memahami proses metabolisme secara umum, terutama terkait prinsip bioenergetika dalam metabolisme
  2. Mahasiswa memahami tentang jalur katabolisme dan anabolisme biomolekul serta regulasinya: karbohidrat, lipid, protein dan asam amino, senyawa nitrogen turunan asam amino, dan asam nukleat
  3. Mahasiswa memahami dan mengerti jalur metabolisme penghasil energi dalam sel mahluk hidup dan pengendaliannya: siklus asam sitrat dan fosforilasi oksidatif.
  4. Mahasiswa memahami dan mengerti tentang koversi energi matahari menjadi energi kimia dalam sel mahluk hidup yang berfotosintesis (reaksi gelap dan reaksi terang)
  5. Mahasiswa memahami tentang struktur DNA, replikasi DNA, ekspresi gen (transkripsi dan translasi)
  6. Mahasiswa dapat bekerja dalam kelompok untuk mempelajari topik terkait menjelaskan tentang berbagai penyakit yang ditimbulkan oleh kelainan metabolisme.
  7. Mahasiswa mampu menjelaskan prinsip bioinformatik dan prinsip rekayasa genetika.
  1. Students understand metabolic processes in general, especially related to bioenergetic principles in metabolism
  2. Students understand the catabolism and anabolism pathways of biomolecules and their regulation: carbohydrates, lipids, proteins and amino acids, nitrogen compounds derived from amino acids, and nucleic acids
  3. Students understand and comprehend energy-producing metabolic pathways in living cells and their control: the citric acid cycle and oxidative phosphorylation.
  4. Students understand and comprehend the conversion of solar energy into chemical energy in the cells of living things that photosynthesize (dark reactions and light reactions)
  5. Students understand DNA structure, DNA replication, gene expression (transcription and translation)
  6. Students can work in groups to study related topics explaining various diseases caused by metabolic disorders.
  7. Students are able to explain the principles of bioinformatics and the principles of genetic engineering.
