  1. Mahasiswa mampu menjelaskan konsep dasar rekayasa metabolik dan penerapannya dalam sistem biologis.
  2. Mahasiswa mampu menjelaskan prinsip sistem rekombinan dan strategi modifikasi jalur metabolik.
  3. Mahasiswa mampu menerapkan konsep genome-scale metabolic modeling untuk menganalisis sistem metabolisme organisme.
  4. Mahasiswa mampu menganalisis dan menginterpretasikan hasil metabolic control analysis, flux balance analysis, dan rekonstruksi jaringan metabolik.
  5. Mahasiswa mampu mengevaluasi dan mengkomunikasikan hasil simulasi serta studi kasus rekayasa metabolik untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan biologi dan bioteknologi.
  1. Students are able to explain the fundamental concepts of metabolic engineering and their applications in biological systems.
  2. Students are able to explain recombinant systems and strategies for metabolic pathway modification.
  3. Students are able to apply genome-scale metabolic modeling concepts to analyze metabolic systems.
  4. Students are able to analyze and interpret the results of metabolic control analysis, flux balance analysis, and metabolic network reconstruction.
  5. Students are able to evaluate and communicate the results of simulations and case studies in metabolic engineering to address biological and biotechnological problems.
