Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah (CPMK) | - Mahasiswa mampu menjelaskan dan memperkirakan dampak industri pangan terhadap udara, air, dan tanah.
- Mahasiswa mampu menerangkan garis besar Peraturan Lingkungan Hidup yang berlaku bagi industri dan isu-isu terbaru dalam pengelolaan dan kebijakan lingkungan.
- Mahasiswa mampu menerangkan garis besar usaha-usaha pencegahan pencemaran termasuk pendukungnya, seperti EMS (Environmental Management System), 4 R (reduce, reuse, recovery, reduction), Green Engineering, Net Zero Emission, dan Produksi Bersih (cleaner production).
- Mahasiswa mampu menjelaskan teknologi yang dikenal umum dalam mengolah limbah industri, baik limbah padat, cair dan gas, termasuk limbah B3 (Bahan Berbahaya dan Beracun).
- Mahasiswa mampu menjelaskan konsep dan prinsip ekonomi sirkular.

- Students are able to explain the outline of Environmental Regulations that apply to industry and the latest issues in environmental management and policy.
- Students are able to explain the outline of pollution prevention efforts including their supporters, such as EMS (Environmental Management System), 4 R (reduce, reuse, recovery, reduction), Green Engineering, Net Zero Emission, and Cleaner Production.
- Students are able to explain commonly known technologies for processing industrial waste, both solid, liquid and gas waste, including B3 waste (Hazardous and Toxic Materials).
- Students are able to explain the concepts and principles of circular economy.
