- Mahasiswa mampu menilai kelayakan ekonomi suatu pabrik pangan berdasarkan kriteria kelabaan jika diberikan deskripsi, diagram alir, serta spesifikasi dasar peralatan utama proses.
- Mahasiswa mampu memahami konsep-konsep ekonomi makro dalam industri pangan.
