- Mampu merumuskan strategi kerekayasaan dan pengambilan keputusan untuk memecahkan masalah interoperability di dalam implementasi substation automation system.
- Mampu mengidentifikasi tujuan dari kebutuhan EMS dan SCADA dan memberikan model matematika dan arsitektur yang tepat dengan batasan-batasan desain yang jelas.
