Bahan Kajian
  1. Pendahuluan analisis farmasi dasar mencakup: Definisi dan klasifikasi senyawa anorganik dan organik obat; Tujuan dan ruang lingkup analisis farmasi dasar serta keterkaitan dengan bidang farmasi yaitu peranan analisis farmasi pada pemeriksaan dan pengawasan mutu obat
  2. Konsep senyawa asam dan garamnya, senyawa basa, amina dan turunannya, senyawa heterosiklik, termasuk kaitan struktur molekul terhadap sifat keasamaan/ kebasaan, reaktivitas, dan metode analisis senyawa-senyawa tersebut
  3. Analisis kuantitatif meliputi: titrasi asam basa, titrasi bebas air, titrasi pengendapan, titrasi redoks, titrasi kompleksometri, titrasi nitrimetri
  4. Prinsip kemurnian senyawa obat dan peranannya, identifikasi senyawa, pemeriksaan kemurnian, metode fisikokimia dan uji batas, penetapan kadar air, serta penetapan bilangan kimia
  5. Metode pemisahan dalam analisis farmasi seperti ekstraksi dan kromatografi
  1. Introduction to basic pharmaceutical analysis includes: Definition and classification of inorganic compounds and organic drugs; purpose and scope of basic pharmaceutical analysis in pharmacy, the role of pharmaceutical analysis in drug quality inspection and control
  2. The concepts of acid compounds and their salts, base compounds, amines and their derivatives, heterocyclic compounds, including the relationship of molecular structure to the properties of similarity/alkalinity, reactivity, and analysis methods of these compounds
  3. Quantitative analysis includes: acid-base titration, Non aqueous titration, precipitation titration, redox titration, complexometry titration, nitrimetry titration
  4. Principles of medicinal compounds purity and their roles, identification of compounds, purity analysis, physicochemical methods and limit tests, determination of moisture content, and determination of atomic, oxidation numbers and molecular formula
  5. Separation methods in pharmaceutical analysis such as extraction and chromatography
