Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah (CPMK) | - Mampu mewujudkan bentuk dan ruang yang kreatif pada perancangan bangunan bertingkat sedang (mid-rise) dengan jumlah lantai upper-structure maksimal 8 tingkat, dan sub-structure berupa lantai basemen sesuai kebutuhan parkir dan service.
- Mampu mewujudkan bentuk dan ruang yang kreatif pada perancangan bangunan bermassa majemuk, yang memperhatikan komposisi massa bangunan rendah ber-konsep podium 2 lantai, dan bangunan tinggi ber-konsep tower 8 lantai, yang diperlukan untuk mewadahi fungsi-fungsi bertema ruang lantai tipikal dengan pemahaman sistem bangunan suatu unit-unit ruang berulang, melalui penerapan metoda komputasional BIM

- Able to realize creative forms and spaces in the design of compound mass buildings, which pay attention to the composition of low building masses with a 2-story podium concept, and high-rise buildings with an 8-story tower concept, which are needed to accommodate typical floor space-themed functions with an understanding of the building system of a repeating space unit, through the application of the BIM computational method.
- Able to apply the skills of composing mass arrangements based on the aesthetic concepts of geometry, mass orientation and building faces, the principles of interior layout, and consideration of the intensity of public, semi-public and private activities.
- Able to analyze and evaluate the natural and human environment on a site located on sloping / contoured land to produce building placement that pays attention to the formation of outer spaces and their integration into inner spaces, as well as implications for environmental engineering and contours, as well as waste disposal and drainage loads on sloping land sites, through the application of computational BIM methods.
