  1. Mahasiswa program TPP mampu memahami konsep pengawasan dan proses pengendalian kualitas bioproduk.
  2. Mahasiswa program TPP mampu mengidentifikasi faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas dan menjelaskan teknik pengendalian kualitasnya
  3. Mahasiswa program TPP mampu menjelaskan tentang keamanan bioproduk dengan metode Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) dan Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP)
  1. TPP program students are able to understand the concept of monitoring and the process of controlling bioproduct quality.
  2. TPP program students are able to identify factors that influence quality and explain quality control techniques
  3. TPP program students are able to explain bioproduct safety using Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP) methods.
