- Mahasiswa mampu memahami prinsip dasar sanitasi produk makanan dan sistem manajemen keamanan pangan
- Mahasiswa mampu menguasai prinsip dasar sistem manajemen keamanan pangan, termasuk Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), dan ISO 22000
- Mahasiswa mampu mengidentifikasi dan menuliskan kembali proses sanitasi yang perlu dilakukan sesuai dengan bahan baku komoditas yang akan diproduksi sesuai dengan prinsip SSOPs
