  1. Dapat menjelaskan definisi dan prinsip-prinsip dasar bioproses serta dapat melakukan perbandingan industri bioproses dan industri kimia.
  2. Mahasiswa dapat menjelaskan konsep dasar isolasi, pemeliharaan, dan pemuliaan strain.
  3. Mahasiswa dapat menjelaskan konsep pertumbuhan mikroba dan pengembangan inokulum.
  4. Mahasiswa mampu menjelaskan berbagai teknik sterilisasi serta analisa kuantitatifnya.
  5. Mampu memaparkan dasar-dasar pemahaman terkait enzim dan komponen penyusun enzim.
  1. Able to explain the definition and basic principles of bioprocessing and can compare the bioprocessing industry and the chemical industry.
  2. Students can explain the basic concepts of isolation, maintenance, and strain breeding.
