  1. Mampu mendeskripsikan dan menggolongkan teknik-teknik pemisahan berdasarkan mekanisme pemisahan yang terlibat.
  2. Mampu menjelaskan prinsip-prinsip dasar ekstraksi pelarut dan kromatografi
  3. Mampu mengaplikasikan prinsip-prinsip ekstraksi pelarut dan kromatografi untuk pemisahan
  4. Mampu mengenal dan memahami fungsi dari tiap komponen di dalam sel elektrokimia dan menjelaskan mekanisme aliran listrik di dalam sel elektrokimia
  5. Mampu memahami dan menjelaskan prinsip dasar pengukuran potensiometri, elektrogravimetri, kulometri, voltammetri, dan konduktometri.
  6. Mampu menjelaskan beberapa metoda analisis kuantitatif secara potensiometri, elektrogravimetri, kulometri, voltammetri dan konduktometri
  7. Mampu mengaplikasikan prinsip pemisahan secara eksperimen di laboratorium dan menganalisis data yang dihasilkan.
