- Mampu memahami teori ikatan pembentukan senyawa kompleks, sifat magnet dan spektrum UV-vis serta mekanisme reaksi subsitusi dan transfer elektron pada senyawa kompleks.
- Mampu menuliskan persamaan reaksi senyawa organometalik serta menjelaskan peran senyawa organologam sebagai katalis di industri kimia
- Mampu melakukan eksperimen di laboratorium dengan memperhatikan aspek keselamatan kerja
