Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah (CPMK)
  1. Mahasiswa memahami prinsip kerja berbagai peralatan proses yang ada di industri pangan dan dapat merancang/memilih peralatan yang sesuai dengan spesifikasi bahan baku atau produk pangan yang diolah.
  2. Mahasiswa mampu melakukan perhitungan dasar dalam merancang dan mengevaluasi peralatan industri pangan.
  1. Students understand the working principles of various processing equipment in the food industry and can design/select equipment that is suitable for the specifications of the raw materials or food products being processed.
  2. Students are able to perform basic calculations in designing and evaluating food industry equipment.
