Bahan Kajian
  1. Metode analisis fisikokimia, teori atom dan molekul, radiasi elektromagnetik, serta antaraksinya dengan atom dan molekul
  2. Dasar-dasar spektroskopi, tingkat energi atom dan molekul, prinsip instrumen spektrofotometri UV-Vis, Inframerah (IR), spektrofluorometeri, spektroskopi emisi nyala/ serapan atom, serta analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif menggunakan metode tersebut
  3. Dasar-dasar analisis elektrokimia, cara analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan metode potensiometri dan titrasi Karl Fisher
  4. Dasar-dasar analisis kromatografi, cara analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan metode kromatografi cair kinerja tinggi (KCKT) dan kromatografi gas (GC)
  1. Physicochemical analysis methods, atomic and molecule theory, electromagnetic radiation, and their interaction with atoms and molecules
  2. Fundamentals of spectroscopy, atomic and molecular energy levels, principles of UV-Vis spectrophotometry instruments, Infrared (IR), spectrofluorometry, flame emission/atomic absorption spectroscopy, and their qualitative and quantitative analysis principle.
  3. Fundamentals of electrochemical analysis, quantitative and qualitative analytical methods using potentiometrics and Karl Fisher titration
  4. Basics of chromatographic analysis, quantitative and qualitative analysis methods using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and gas chromatography (GC)
Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah (CPMK)
  1. Mampu mengidentifikasi permasalahan dasar analsis farmasi dan menjelaskan tentang cara analisis, baik secara kualitatif maupun kuantitatif, menggunakan metode analisis instrumental yaitu meliputi metode spektroskopi (UV-Vis, IR, Fluorometry, Flame Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy/ Flame Emission Spectroscopy (FAAS/FES), analisis elektrokimia (Potensiometri dan Titrasi Karl Fisher), serta metode kromatografi (Kromatografi Cair Kinerja Tinggi (KCKT) dan Kromatografi Gas (GC))
  2. Mampu menjelaskan pengukuran, analisis, dan penyajian data dari metode-metode analisis fisikokimia yang digunakan
  3. Mampu menerapkan metode analisis instrumen tersebut untuk penentuan karakteristik fisik dan kimia senyawa serta analisis kuantitatifnya
  4. Mampu mendesain metode analisis instrumen dalam bidang farmasi untuk memastikan kualitas, kemurnian, dan potensi obat berdasarkan tujuan analisis seperti identifikasi, kuantifikasi, atau pengujian kemurnian.
  1. Able to identify the basic problems of pharmaceutical analysis and explain how to analyze, both qualitatively and quantitatively, using instrumental analysis methods, namely spectroscopy methods (UV-Vis, IR, Fluorometry, Flame Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy/ Flame Emission Spectroscopy (FAAS/FES), electrochemical analysis (Potentiometry and Karl Fisher Titration), and chromatography methods (High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Gas Chromatography (GC))
  2. Able to explain the measurement, analysis, and presentation of data from the physicochemical analytical methods
  3. Able to apply the instrumental analysis method to determine the physical and chemical characteristics of compounds as well as their quantitative analysis
  4. Able to design instrumental analysis methods in pharmacy to ensure the quality, purity, and potency of drugs based on analytical objectives such as identification, quantification, or purity testing.
