  1. Mahasiswa mampu menjelaskan prinsip dan konsep dasar metabolomik.
  2. Mahasiswa mampu menjelaskan prinsip penyiapan sampel.
  3. Mahasiswa mampu menjelaskan prinsip analisis sampel metabolomik berbasis NMR, MS, UV dan IR.
  4. Mahasiswa dapat mengolah dan menginterpretasikan data metabolomik.
  5. Mahasiswa dapat menjelaskan berbagai aplikasi metabolomik dalam bidang kimia bahan alam, bioteknologi, farmasi, kedokteran, makanan dan pertanian.
  6. Mahasiswa dapat menjelaskan database dan software yang umum digunakan dalam metabolomik.
