  1. Pendahuluan: - Definisi dan pengertian dasar mekanika batuan dan tanah - Definisi massa batuan - Proses pelapukan dan genesa tanah - State of the art dalam mekanika tanah Dasar-dasar perilaku material: - Tegangan-regangan - Kriteria keruntuhan, tensor tegangan dan regangan. Dasar-dasar mekanika batuan: - Joints - Kekuatan massa batuan - Deformability - Aplikasi dari geomekanik untuk menyederhanakan permasalahan tambang yang menyangkut tanah dan batuan.
  2. Dasar mekanika tanah: - Klasifikasi keteknikan tanah - Hubungan antar fase tanah - Sifat-sifat fisik-mekanik-hidraulik tanah - Uji laboratorium tanah - Konsep tegangan di dalam tanah - Penyelidikan tanah - Kegiatan rekayasa pada tanah - Aspek-aspek geologi dalam mempelajari karakteristik dan perilaku keteknikan tanah

Introduction: - Definition and basic understanding of rock and soil mechanics - Definition of rock mass - Weathering process and soil genesis - State of the art in soil mechanics Fundamentals of material behavior: - Stress-strain - Collapse criteria, stress and strain tensors. Fundamentals of rock mechanics: - Joints - Rock mass strength - Deformability - Application from geomechanics to simplify mining problems involving soil and rock.

Basic soil mechanics: - Soil engineering classification - Relationship between soil phases - Physical-mechanical-hydraulic properties of soil - Soil laboratory test - Concept of stress in soil - Soil investigation - Engineering activities on land - Geological aspects in studying soil engineering characteristics and behavior

  1. Memahami dasar-dasar matematika, rekayasa, dan ilmu geologi, khusunya terkait dengan mekanika batuan dan Tanah
  2. Melakukan berbagai metode, teknik, dan keterampilan baik di laboratorium maupun lapangan untuk mengumpulkan data geologi dan melakukan pengujian mengikuti peraturan HSE
  3. Melakukan manajemen waktu, dapat bekerja secara individu maupun kelompok selama penyelesaian tugas
  4. Mampu berkomunikasi secara efektif dalam bentuk lisan maupun tertulis
  1. Understand the fundamentals of mathematics, engineering, and geology, especially related to rock and soil mechanics.
  2. Perform a variety of methods, techniques, and skills both in the laboratory and field to collect geological data and perform testing following HSE regulations
  3. Performs time management, can work individually or in groups during task completion
  4. Able to communicate effectively in oral and written form
