  1. Pengenalan metodologi induktif dan deduktif.
  2. Penentuan tujuan penelitian, identifikasi dan perumusan masalah, kebaruan dan/atau nilai inovatif penelitian
  3. Penentuan research question, penentuan hipotesa, perancangan penelitian
  4. Konsep dan teorema Matematika sederhana, termasuk menuliskan bukti dan mengkomunikasikannya
  5. Beberapa teknik dasar pemodelan Matematika, desain eksperimen, konsep variabel bebas dan variabel terikat, metode pengolahan data/informasi sesuai dengan nature keilmuannva
  6. Beberapa teknik pemrograman, penyusunan algoritma (flowchart), teknik simulasi beserta error dan validasinya
  7. Beberapa teknik sampling dan errornya, analisis dan pengolahan data, pembahasan dan kesimpulan
  8. Penyusunan laporan ilmiah
  1. Introduction to inductive and deductive methodologies.
  2. Determination of research objectives; identification and formulation of problems; determining the novelty and/or innovative value of the research.
  3. Formulation of research questions and hypotheses; research design.
  4. Simple mathematical concepts and theorems, including writing and communicating proofs.
  5. Basic mathematical modeling techniques, experimental design, concepts of independent and dependent variables, and data/information processing methods relevant to the nature of the discipline.
  6. Programming techniques, algorithm construction (flowcharts), and simulation techniques (including error analysis and validation).
  7. Sampling techniques and associated errors; data analysis and processing; discussion and conclusion drawing.
  8. Composition of scientific reports.

  1. Mahasiswa memahami nature dan tujuan penelitian, konsep dan elemen metodologi penelitian
  2. Mahasiswa mampu menentukan topik penelitian, mengidentifikasi dan merumuskan masalah, menentukan kebaruan dan/atau nilai inovatif penelitian
  3. Mahasiswa mampu menentukan research question, hipotesa, dan merancang penelitian sederhana untuk persiapan tugas akhir magisternya
  4. Mahasiswa mampu merancang eksperimen atau metode pemerolehan data lainnya sesuai dengan nature keilmuannya
  5. Mahasiswa mampu mengolah data, menganalisis dan melakukan pembahasan serta kesimpulan dari data/informasi yang diperoleh
  6. Mahasiswa mampu menyusun suatu laporan dan publikasi ilmiah
  1. Students understand the nature and objectives of research, concepts and elements of research methodology.
  2. Students are able to determine research topics, identify and formulate problems, determine the novelty and/or innovative value of research.
  3. Students are able to formulate research questions, hypotheses, and design their simple research for their master's thesis.
  4. Students are able to design experiments or other data collection methods according to the nature of their discipline.
  5. Students are able to process data, analyze, discuss, and draw conclusions from obtained data or information.
  6. Students are able to write a report and produce a scientific publication.
